RhetHistoria is a blog dedicated to tracking, exploring, and interrogating the connections between rhetoric history and theory and contemporary stuff … politics, public policy, education, cultural happenings, digital media, entertainment, etc. Does rhetoric matter in our world, does rhetoric theory DO any useful work, does historical investigation help us understand contemporary life … maybe even solve some of our problems? Contributing Authors to this blog explore such questions.

In Fall 2010, the contributing authors to this blog are graduate students at Miami University enrolled in ENG 733, Theories and Histories of Rhetoric, taught by Jim Porter.
